The Forums are the easiest place to go to get assistance for almost anything (as long as you can create an account), as we check the Forums regularly and the solution/s to your problem/s are also publicly available for viewing. Furthermore, the use of the Forums allows for public assistance in case one or more of us are unavailable to help you at that time, but it also allows for others to view the issue/s, which can help to avoid any potentially repeated problem/s.
