This page is a legal document for WikiForAll (hereinafter may be referred to as “WikiForAll.net”, "WikiAdminTeam", "Team", “Us”, “We”, "Our", “MyWiki”, “The Wiki” or “Wiki”). Thus, this page is serious and is not like other pages that you will find on this website. This page outlines the General Disclaimer under which WikiForAll is covered by and/or any member of the Administration Team are covered by, especially in such a case that an indicent, of any nature, occurs at the location of a User and/or a visitor of this website. Thus, before anybody decides to take Legal Action (or any other form/s of legal retribution) against us, they must first read our Policy Agreement in particularly, but also read this page, which is our General Discliamer Document. WikiForAll and/or the Administration Team disclaim any responsibility for anything that may happen as a result of you using WikiForAll in any way. Firstly, all physical injuries obtained as a result of using this site are not our fault and are entirely your own responsibility. For instance, if you roll on a pin while rolling on the floor laughing, we don't take any responsibility and you can't take any Legal Action against us. Lastly, all mental and/or ethical injuries obtained are not our fault and are solely the fault of the individual/s using this site (you). Thus, if you notice your brain starting to work better after about an hour of laughing due to this site, we still take no responsibility, but in any case we do believe that this specific type of mental stimulation is a positively endorsed result of using this site.
Legal Implications Disclaimer
All people or people groups who have been insulted or otherwise defamed on our site should know that "In law, defamation (also called vilification, slander, and libel) is the communication of a statement that makes a false claim, expressively stated or implied to be factual, that may harm the reputation of an individual, business, product, group, government or nation."
As wikiforall.net is a comedy site, a court appearance will reveal very quickly that the libel against you was never implied to be true. Thus, this will render the site, and the individual publisher of the defaming material said, not liable. Because everything on our site is an outright fabrication, and we make no attempt at hiding that fact, there is no opportunity for defamation of character to occur in any valid form.
