Help Make Us Awesome

• The best way that you can help support us is to make the awesome Main Page your HOMEPAGE.

We have put in a lot of effort to ensure WikiForAll is a suitable homepage for you. We have even included a Google search engine. This will allow you to do whatever you would normally do, particularly if you used a search engine as your homepage, from right here.

• Alternatively, we recommend you set your homepage to WikiForAll's Random Page. This homepage will allow you to get a FREE random nugget of humour every time you open your browser, rather than a typical bland homepage (such as a search engine). Now that sounds like a pretty awesome bonus.

You can visit the site regularly to check up on new additions! The more people that look at the fantastic stuff WikiForAll has to offer the more motivation there is for the Administration Personnel, particularly James, to write more funnies for you all.

Support Matthew (Team Leader) And The WikiAdminTeam

As you may not be aware, this site runs off Mathew’s sever, which has limited bandwidth. Thus, if we ever reach a point where our bandwidth exceeds our limits we may have to start asking for donations. Other possibilities are hardware upgrades or software installations, which all cost us money.

To get WikiForAll fully operational (at its full potential) we want to accumulate around $4,000 (AUD). No, we are not asking for a $4000 donation, that’s just our target, although a $4,000 donation would be strongly appreciated :). Moreover, if each person who visited this site contributed $10 we could easily reach this target. Thus, with the new hardware and new parts this money could buy, the benefits to WikiForAll members (or frequent visitors) would be immense. This money would not only allow us to provide a better service but also allow us to expand more rapidly and easily.

CURRENT TARGETS:

• A server of any description (if someone wants to donate $24,000 AUD we can get a super powerful 50 kilo server box which won't be going out of fashion for a while) :D.
• The wikiforall.net domain is only ours for two years. We lose it in October of 2009, and as such will need to pay again for it. Even $10 can make a huge impact here.
• We can't provide secure connections for things like the forums or even email accounts until we fork out several hundred dollars for a "SSL Certificate". This one isn't as important but you may as well know.

IMPORTANT: WikiForAll is a free site and you do not need to donate to be a part of it. The above is only for those who wish to help.

Create an account by Signing Up, and start writing some stuff straightaway. Your contributed material can include adding pwnage jokes to relevant sections, providing useful information and/or chatting away on the Forums, while making sure you abide WikiForAll Policy. This not only helps WikiForAll grow but provides WikiForAll with a greater meaning on the internet.
